1.2. Vendors are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings. GrabNXT is not liable for any issues arising from vendor listings or transactions between vendors and users.
1.3. Users are responsible for verifying the information provided in the listings before making decisions or transactions.
2. Vendor Responsibilities
2.1. Vendors must purchase listing packages to display their products or services on GrabNXT. Payment must be completed before the listings go live.
2.2. Vendors are required to provide accurate contact information, including their location and phone number, to facilitate user interaction.
2.3. Misuse of the platform, including posting false or misleading information, is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of the vendor account.
3. Intellectual Property
3.1. All content, logos, and trademarks displayed on GrabNXT are owned by Glococo Interface Works and ShibFox or are licensed for use.
3.2. Users and vendors may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any platform content without prior written permission from GrabNXT management.
4. Refund and Return Policy
4.1. Refunds for listing packages are only provided in cases of technical issues with the platform or if the GrabNXT platform ceases operations.

5. Privacy Policy

6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. GrabNXT and its operators are not liable for any direct or indirect losses incurred by users or vendors due to the use of the platform.
6.2. Vendors and users agree to indemnify GrabNXT against any claims or damages resulting from their activities on the platform.
7. Governing Law
7.1. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
7.2. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Villupuram, Tamil Nadu.
8. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the platform, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
