For Vendors

  • Vendors are responsible for providing accurate shipping details, including timelines, costs, and delivery methods, if applicable to their products or services.
  • Vendors must clearly communicate shipping policies to users through their listing descriptions.

For Users

  • Users should contact vendors directly for any shipping-related inquiries, such as delivery status, shipping delays, or costs.
  • GrabNXT does not mediate shipping disputes or claims between vendors and users.

No Direct Shipping Responsibility

Since GrabNXT is a platform for listing and connecting vendors and users, we do not:

  1. Handle or process shipping or delivery.
  2. Provide tracking information for any products.
  3. Take responsibility for any shipping delays, damage, or loss.

Refunds and Shipping Issues

In case of a technical issue on the GrabNXT platform affecting your transaction, please refer to our Refund and Return Policy. However, issues related to shipping must be resolved directly with the respective vendor.
